The records of your life
Identity, finance, property, medical, legal, family, business — the substance of your life captured row by row in structured records.
Digital access without storing passwords. Recovery routes, backup codes, hardware key locations, emergency access contacts. The map of every account on every device.
Banks, savings, ISA, premium bonds, brokerage. Institution, type, last-4 reference, location of statements. Balance not recorded — your executor obtains current figures from the institution.
Physical assets by description and legal identifier — VIN for vehicles, deed reference for property, serial number for watches and art. Custody and ownership structure. Location of title or certificate.
Cash flow rhythm. Income sources, payment obligations, frequency, reference. Critical for executors maintaining financial continuity.
Civil documents: passport, birth certificate, marriage certificate, visa, driving licence. Issuing authority, ID/reference, location of original. Expiry dates feed the Renewal Register.
Insurance policies — life, home, car, health, travel, professional indemnity. Provider, policy number, location of certificate. Policies that lapse unclaimed are the most common loss in unprepared estates.
Will, trust, power of attorney, living will, deed of variation. Appointed authority — who has power as Executor / Trustee / Attorney. Execution date provides version control. Original location.

Real estate by full address, Land Registry title number, deed reference. Management or access details — agent, alarm reference, key location. Critical for vacant properties.

Spouse/partner, children, and wider kin in intestacy priority order — relationship, alive/predeceased status, and domicile/long-term-UK-residence facts. Unblocks the intestacy form family (PA1A, NIPF1, Statement of Truth, PA16/PA17) and carries the facts succession actually turns on.
Your access controls — stored separately
Knowing what you have doesn't mean being able to reach it. S-Series sits at Location B, kept apart from the main system.
How access to accounts and devices is controlled. Stored in Location B, separately from the main system. Recorded as locations and methods — where access is controlled, never the credentials themselves.
Backup codes, recovery emails, hardware key locations, account recovery procedures. The route back when primary access is lost.
Where the secure layer lives, who knows the location, and the contingency plan if Location B itself becomes inaccessible.

Documents and protocols (P, R, E) live in Location A — typically the home binder. Access controls and recovery routes (S-Series) live in Location B — separate, secured, never co-located. A single point of failure cannot defeat the system.
