There is no trust case against Which?, so this page doesn't attempt one. Which? is the consumer body, and has published independent product testing for decades. Which? "Independently tested" is the Which? Wills pitch. It answers a different question from "who's watching the estate once the will is signed."
The document, versus what comes after.
Which? Wills covers the will. The estate around the will is another matter — for every provider on this page, including them. The executor's real workload is discovery: which accounts, which policies, what's owed, who to call. That layer isn't a document product at all — it's a records discipline, and it's Valoren's actual centre of gravity: National Will Register registration + Will Watch + the household dossier, the operational file your people would actually use. Which makes it two questions, not one — who writes the document, and who keeps the estate current after it is signed. By default, nobody does the second.
The household dossier is the working file an executor actually opens — accounts, policies, contacts, the will's whereabouts — kept current, not filed once and forgotten.
